Felicia Boutilier, BSc (OT), M.Ed., CCC, RRP, D-ABDA
Felicia Boutilier has 19 years experience in the vocational/rehabilitation field. She is an Expert Witness in Occupational Therapy in the area of assessing function; whereby she was accepted as an expert witness by the Supreme Court of Canada in 2005. She is a Certified Occupational Therapist, Certified ARCON Assessor and a Member of the Vocational Rehabilitation Association of Canada (VRA). She has the following designations:
