Vocational Rehabilitation Assessments provides one on one job search assistance to assist claimants in securing appropriate employment. Vocational Counsellors work with the claimant to implement their Employment Readiness (Return to Work) strategy. The claimant’s job search is monitored and supported with labour market research, networking tips, preparing applications, submitting resumes, interview preparation and follow up. Once a claimant is placed, follow up can take place, if necessary, to monitor the success of the placement.
