Keith Mullins is a graduate from Memorial University of Newfoundland with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree. He has worked as a Vocational Counsellor for almost ten years. He has been a National Board Member of CARP and past president of CARP Atlantic. He has been an active volunteer in community and business organizations.
