Sean FitzGerald MA, F-ABVE, FVE, CLCP, RRP, D-ABDA
Sean FitzGerald, has over 20 years experience working in the vocational/rehabilitation field, which includes being a Registered Forensic (Vocational Economic Analysis) Expert with the American Rehabilitation Economics Association; Fellow of the American Board of Vocational Experts; a Registered Assessment Specialist in Psychometrics and Registered Rehabilitation Professional with the Vocational Rehabilitation Association of Canada. As well, he is a Certified Life Care Planner with the Commission on Health Care Certification and a Diplomat of the American Board of Disability Analysts in the area of determining ones level of work disability. Mr. FitzGerald is also a faculty member of the Canadian Institute of Life Care Planners, which is affiliated with Carleton University. He has prepared reports for numerous law firms, workers compensation boards and insurance companies (LTD and/or Auto) in the Yukon, North West Territories, British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador, as well as for Veterans Affairs Canada, Canada Pension Plan (disability benefits) and Human Resources and Social Development Canada. Mr. FitzGerald has extensive experience working with individuals who sustained catastrophic injuries including pediatric files. Mr. FitzGerald has been accepted as an Expert Witness in the Supreme Court in Ontario, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland and Labrador. His primary areas of practice and expertise include:
